OVER 20 YEARS
20+ Years of Art...
Hi, I’m Robin Elise!
I’m a Dutch 24-year-old artist, living in Portugal who has been creating since I could first hold a pencil. Drawing has always been my companion, from sketching in my high school notebooks to working on my skills through art classes and achieving my art A-levels. At 18, I transformed my passion into ink as a hand poke tattoo artist, and at 20, I followed a tattoo apprenticeship that reintroduced me to the art of drawing with pen.
For a while I focused on other art forms such as videography, cinematography and writing. All things I still love!
A few years ago I was gifted with rediscovering my spark for drawing and decided to start making more time for it.
For me art is so much more than lines on a page. It’s my way of capturing the world as I see it, with every stroke made with purpose and heart. Art is my meditation, my voice, and my way to share love and connection with the world.
Art is how I breathe.

MY MISSION
I think any art form is an essential way of expression.
Art is a song that makes you cry because it holds your hand while looking at your memories. It is a dance that provokes your body to move in ways you would not be able to come up with if you sat down and planned it.
Or an illustration that captures something that has become ever so fleeting nowadays: a moment.
I believe art is the steward of emotion, in it we find our humanity. And with the age of AI… that may be our most valuable possession yet.
