All artworks, drawings, patches, and prints are handmade or created with care. Because of the handmade nature of our products, small variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur. These differences make each piece unique.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full before they are processed and shipped. We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of payment issues or incorrect product information.

4. Shipping

Orders are carefully packaged and shipped to the address provided during checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and artistic nature of our products, returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if there is an issue.

Custom or personalized artworks cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged.

6. Copyright & Artwork Usage

All artwork, designs, illustrations, and images remain the intellectual property of the artist. Purchasing an item does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.
